Detached album folio; composite page of calligraphy; text: Persian in black nasta'liq script; five calligraphic panel with poetry; the calligraphic panel at the top of the page contains poetry from the Divan of Amir Khusraw Dihlavi; the central panel consists of five couplets from the poetry of Amir Shahi; column dividers with floral motifs; corners embellished with triangular illuminated panels; one panel is dated and signed by Mir Husayn al-Husayni.
Border: The text panels are set in gold, red and blue rulings mounted on a marbled gold-sprinkled paperboard.
