Woman in a black coat with her hands in her hair.Jennifer Lee, known professionally as TOKiMONSTA, is an American record producer and DJ from Los Angeles. A rising star, TOKiMONSTA was nominated for the 2019 Grammy Award for Best Dance/Electronic Album, and she recently graced the cover of Billboard magazine. Her collaborators include Anderson .Paak, MNDR, Kool Keith, and Thirsty Fish. She has also remixed tracks by Justin Timberlake, Mariah Carey, and Maroon 5.

 

 

 

Cuisine

Chefs Danny Lee and Scott Drewno pair modern cooking techniques with traditional Korean flavors. CHIKO immediately garnered local and national interest upon opening, including being named one of Washingtonian Magazine’s Best New Restaurants of 2017 with a three-star rating. The Washington Post also featured CHIKO in their 2017 Fall Dining Guide as one of the top ten restaurants in the city with the Post’s food critic, Tom Sietsema, giving CHIKO a rating of three stars. In 2018, CHIKO was a semi-finalist for Best New Restaurant in the country by the James Beard Award Foundation.

Mixology

Born in South Korea and raised in West Virginia, Jen Collins has seen and experienced much of what this world has to offer.  Landing in DC in 2013, after earning a degree in Biology, as part of the opening team at Range, Jen honed her knowledge and expertise in wine, spirits, and cuisine.

Moving on to Daikaya in Chinatown DC, she was able to further her technique behind the bar, creating and executing Asian inspired cocktails.  Jen rounded out her career behind the bar at Bourbon Steak at the Four Seasons before taking a position in New York City as the Brand Manager for Mezcal El Silencio. Jen spends her free time experiencing art, music, cocktails, and food most recently in her travels to Paris, Sao Paolo, Oaxaca, Mexico City, and Istanbul.
