Detached folio from a dispersed copy of the Qur'an; recto: Sura al-Dukhan (the Smoke) 44:37-57; verso: sura 44:58-59, Sura al-Jathiya (the Crouching) 45:1-10; Arabic in black muhaqqaq script with round illuminated verse markers; vocalized in black; illuminated heading in thuluth script; one column; twelve lines of text.
Border: The text is set in gold and black rulings on tan-colored paper.
