- Description

Large, dark blue glazed stonepaste bowl, with the lower body rising up steeply to a slight carination. The sides are almost vertical and the rim flares outward. The edge of the rim is punctuated by 5 pointed projections, below which a crosshatched ridge of clay descends down the exterior. Small clay florets are attached to the upper sides in between the clay ridges on the exterior. Glazed inside and out, with the glaze descending down to the lower body, leaving the lower body and high ring foot unglazed.
