Peach silk background with green, white and gold dragons and flowers. There are two separate floral motifs composed of large blue, white and gold flowers along with brown, white and gold flowers. There is a metallic gold thread woven into the designs. There is a gold silk rope drawstring. The interior is lined with green silk.

[2] The original deed of Charles Lang Freer's gift was signed in 1906. The collection was received in 1920, upon the completion of the Freer Gallery of Art.
