A blue and white Yen-Yen vase, Kangxi period (A.D. 1662-1722). The tall baluster-form body and trumpet neck painted with a continuous scene of deer in a rocky landscape with vegetation, all drawn in a brilliant underglaze-blue of violet tone, good condition except for one small chip in the foot.
