Longquan ware vase

Lung-ch’uan Kuan type. Vase with wide body, thin footrim, tapering neck and flaring, sharp-edged lip.
Clay: light gray, fine grained, vitreous; red at footrim.
Glaze: thick, glossy with irregular crackle and filled with minute bubbles, glazed under base. Two horizontal flanges on neck and pinkish brown areas in gray-green color.
