- Description

Pottery vessel of type ting,with a groove round the body, two angular handles, three splayed legs. The lid has three concentric grooves and three equally spaced lugs.
Paste: very soft greyish pottery.
Glaze: none.
Decoration: The inner facings of the handles bear faintly discernible moulded decoration of meandering band of the Li-yu type. The tops of the legs bear moulded monster masks.
