Bottle: tall, inverted pear-shaped; small neck, repaired.
Clay: dense, gray.
Glaze: white slip under clear glaze, crackled and scratched. Clear glaze on foot, olive green where thick.
Decoration: lotus-petal design incised under glaze, as collar around neck.

The thin, crackled, yellowish green glaze on this bottle is applied over a white slip. The bottle is decorated solely with a collar of incised flower petals. The stains, abrasions, and repaired neck indicate heavy use.
