Mesopotamian, 12th-13th century
RaqqaVase, with flat, flaring rim and bold foot. Plaster repairs.
Clay: soft, white.
Glaze: very pale green, with white areas of disintegration.
Decoration: painted in brown lustre and turquoise blue over glaze both inside and out.
