Tea ceremony water jar (mizusashi), lacquer cover, and wooden stand.
Clay: soft, dense, gray-white. Raku type.
Glaze: brilliant deep salmon-pink; splash of rich yellow. Crackled. Red Raku glaze. Glaze fault on interior (refired?)
Decoration: in brown, cream, and green, under glaze; geese and reeds, on exterior and interior.
Seal: "Koetsu," carved onto base in seal script, within rectangular frame.
